What are your processing times?
All product orders require 1-3 business days to process.
Please note there may be slightly longer shipping times for Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Orders ship via USPS Priority mail.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

How can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email email us at remembranceapothecary@gmail.com within 24 hours from the time you placed your order.
I have not received my tracking information. Can you help?
After placing your order, please allow 72 hours for the tracking details to update from the carrier. If after that time your tracking number hasn’t updated, you can email us at remembranceapothecary@gmail.com.
What if I receive the wrong product?

Refunds / Returns
What is your refund/return policy?
For returns please notify us by email at remembranceapothecary@gmail.com.
All product returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt.
The products must be returned in the original packaging and must be in a new, unused condition. Seal must not be broken.
The original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
If approved, refunds usually take 7-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
